Hi future mama,
One of the other signs of spring is when I notice the extra spring in my clients- the leaps they make, and the renewed sense of purpose and confidence. One great example of these clients happened a couple of weeks ago. We just started working together and she let me know that she had NEVER had a period on her own. And as we know, if we want to conceive naturally, we need to have a cycle. Many things came up from our first session and we began to put our plan in place. Two days later I got an excited email from her that she had gotten her period! For the first time on her own! Normally in this work, it can be disappointing for people to get their period, but for her, we needed to get this component in place first so that she can get pregnant on her own. This was a major victory for her, and if she can do this she can certainly get pregnant.
And that's what I just want to remind all of you of: No matter what the physical issue is; whether explained or unexplained, it can be moved through. I've seen it happen so many times in my practice, and these people are no different than you.
It can be so difficult to separate ourselves from the condition- especially when we've been dealing with it for a long time. But see if you can entertain the possibility that you can shift it. I've seen everything from cancer disappearing, to cysts and fibroids disappearing, cycles returning after amenorrhea, endometriosis disappearing, egg count increasing, uterine lining doubling, to stopping miscarriage. I know it seems hard to believe, but your mind is so powerful. And when we address the emotional cause, the physical "check engine light" doesn't need to be there.
KNOW that you can do this. And if you need help getting started, click here.
Until next time mamas,
PS- And now for the gratuitous Otto pictures. He started walking and it's SO cute. His mama was so brave and willing to do the work and release things no matter how scary it was. And it's so heartwarming to see her be this amazing kick-ass mom and ENJOYING him SO much. This can be you too!
