Fertility Smoothie recipe from my interview with Sara Rossi

Fertility Smoothie for uterine and general reproductive health Enjoy this smoothie a couple times a week to increase your fertility. 


1 tablespoon of Maca Force

1 teaspoon coconut oil 1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon Goji berries
1 little piece of peeled ginger

1 tablespoon raw unheated honey

1 tablespoon ground Flax seeds


Blend all ingredients and add ice if you wish. Enjoy!


Coconut oil: has lauric acid which is anti microbial, anti viral, antifungal and helps regulate your hormonal system

Ginger: increases circulation and helps with digestion

Maca Force: I believe this is the purest Maca (the fertility root) on the market. It contains probiotics, digestive enzymes, it promotes hormonal balance, nourishing the endocrine system (which controls hormone function) and has Shilajit minerals which are filled with important minerals to boost fertility. Goji berries: they are a powerful source of micronutrients that enrich fertility, they are high in Omega 3, zinc, iron and antioxidants.

Raw unheated honey: it is a powerful stimulant for sexual hormones for men and women and has the capacity of creating glandular balance

Flax seeds: contain lignans, which are the second strongest group of phytoestrogens. Flax is also high in fiber. Studies have shown that the combination of the lignans and fiber in flax help to remove excess estrogen from the body, while protecting it from xenoestrogens.
